QUICK SETTING
 Applied by heated,
plural component spray equipment, Silver Bullet® sets almost
instantly. It is tack-free in 10-30 seconds and completely dry
in just two to 10 minutes. This rapid dry time removes concern
of approaching inclement weather and makes cooler temperatures
a non-critical issue.
Silver Bullet can even coat
polyurethane foam insulation. Drying in two to 10 minutes, the
foam isn’t left susceptible to approaching inclement weather.
WEATHER FRIENDLY
As long as the metal roof surface is dry, Silver Bullet®
can be applied year-round. This allows for the application of
a high performing roof system when it is needed, not when warm
and stable weather permits. Water-based acrylics, for instance,
should not be applied when the temperature falls below 50 degrees
F or if dew, frost or rain is forecasted within two to four hours
of application. Silver Bullet® can be applied in near freezing
temperatures and is impervious to moisture as quickly as 15 minutes
after application.
TIME SAVING
Skip the labor-intensive application of tape, caulk or mastic
on seams and fasteners. With an instant set-time, Silver Bullet®
is spray-applied directly on all seams and fasteners, to any
thickness, in seconds. The entire roof is then sprayed with one
final, monolithic coat to the specified film build. Compare this
to the two or three separate coats required by acrylic coatings.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND
Silver Bullet® is a 96% solids, polyurea-urethane hybrid
containing minimal solvents, offering an environmentally friendly
coating system. This is unique, as these high physical properties
normally can be found only in highly solvent-based urethane coating
systems.
 
Copper polyurea is also available, as are limited special colors
upon request.
